Digital services
Delivery timelines depend on scope, customer feedback, document availability, third-party processing and the agreed project plan.
MSME / Udyam and FSSAI
These are assistance/facilitation services. AshFlux Digital does not control government processing or approval. Eligibility, document requirements, timelines and decisions remain with the relevant authority.
Websites
Website projects follow the agreed scope and milestone plan. A 50% advance is normally required before development. Final handover may depend on balance payment and customer-supplied content.
Apps
App projects follow the agreed technical scope, platform, integrations and milestones. App-store approvals are controlled by the relevant store.
Hosting
Eligible website orders include 12 months additional hosting as stated on the order. Hosting remains subject to the applicable AshHost service and fair-use terms.
Customer delays
Missing content, delayed feedback, unavailable credentials or late documents may move delivery dates.
Third parties
Domain registrars, payment gateways, Google, app stores, government portals and other third parties operate independently and may experience outages or policy changes.
