Website development
A 50% advance is required before development begins. If cancellation occurs after work has started, refund eligibility depends on the work completed, approved milestones and non-recoverable third-party costs. Completed work and third-party charges may not be refundable.
Registration assistance
Assistance work, documentation review and completed submissions may not be refundable once performed. Government or third-party fees are subject to the relevant provider's rules.
Digital and creative services
Custom designs, posts, campaigns, development and other work already delivered or materially completed may be non-refundable.
Duplicate or failed payments
Verified duplicate payments or payments received in error can be reviewed and refunded to the appropriate payment method, subject to verification.
Refund requests
Send the order number and reason to contact@ashflux.in. Approved refunds are processed after verification. Payment gateway processing times may vary.
Chargebacks
Customers should contact AshFlux Digital first so a payment or service issue can be investigated before initiating a chargeback.
