Information we collect
Name, contact details, business information, service requirements, documents, order information and payment status may be collected when you use our services.
Why we use it
We use information to process orders, provide services, communicate with customers, issue invoices, support payments, manage documents and maintain business records.
Documents
Uploaded files are intended for service processing. Files should be stored privately and accessed only by authorized staff or service providers who need them. Production deployment should use private storage and appropriate access controls.
Payments
Payment details are processed by the selected payment provider. AshFlux Digital should not collect or store card numbers or payment gateway credentials in its own database.
Email and WhatsApp
We may use email and WhatsApp to communicate order updates and enquiries. Customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information over public chat.
Retention and deletion
Business and transaction records may be retained for accounting, legal, tax, dispute and service-delivery purposes. Document retention should be limited to what is reasonably required for the service and applicable obligations.
